Lady Gaga In Possible ‘Little Shops of Horrors’ Remake

Grammy-winning musical star, Lady Gaga is rumored to be playing a role in the famous movie remake, Little Shops of Horrors. Sources are saying Warner Bros just offered Lady Gaga a role in the movie musical.

Back in 2016, it was announced that the Little Shop of Horrors remake is on the way. Over time, the project seemed to be doubted. Fast forward three years, the reboot of the science fiction musical is back on.

It’s been almost one year since A Star Is Born hit theaters.

Sources are saying Emmy-winning actor Billy Porter is spotted to voice the man-eating plant Audrey II in the future adaptation. The meat-eating (carnivorous) plant is also named after the owner’s main love interest.

This is when the major star, Lady Gaga comes to play; she is rumored to be playing the role of Audrey. There hasn’t been a confirmed date nor set in stone but the idea circling has fans thrilled out of their minds.

The original Little Shop of Horrors came out in 1960 as an American indie/comedy film directed by Roger Corman and written by Charles B. Griffith. The film centers on an inadequate florist who grows a plant that feeds on human flesh and blood OR say man-eating plant.

The idea of the movie games from a 1932 story called “Green Thoughts” by John Collier.
